"Content updates are simple and don’t…"
Content updates are simple and don’t need to take all day. I’d just warn others not to make the process more complicated than it has to be, once you get into it, it’s straightforward and quick

"Decent customization, but a little clunky"
I’ve been using Disco Acoustics and the customization options are decent overall. Some parts were easy to make look good quickly (which I appreciated), but other settings weren’t super obvious to find. A few areas also felt a bit limited or confusing, especially for what it costs. Support was helpful enough when I reached out, but I still expected a little more flexibility. Not a bad platform, just not quite as smooth as I hoped.

"Confusing setup and slow to get help"
I tried setting it up and got lost quickly. The menus weren’t very intuitive, and even simple things felt like they took way too many clicks. I kept having to guess where to find stuff, which got frustrating. I also expected a faster response when I needed help, so overall it wasn’t an easy experience for me.

"Friendly community, but a bit quiet"
The community is nice overall. People seem friendly, and I’ve found a few helpful discussions here and there. It just feels a little quiet sometimes, and replies can take a while, if that makes sense. I still check in every so often, but I do wish there was more regular activity and better follow-up.

"The AI features just didn’t work for me"
I’ll admit I’m probably a bit picky when it comes to AI tools, but these features were disappointing. They felt random most of the time and didn’t really help with anything I needed. Maybe someone else would find them useful, but for me they were more of a letdown than a benefit.

"Pretty smooth for running live sessions"
I used disco to manage a few live sessions, it went well. Getting everything set up was simple enough, and the people attending didn’t seem to have any trouble joining, which was a relief. I also liked that the event pages and reminders were all in one place instead of having to piece things together across different tools. The only thing that slowed me down a little was finding a few settings at first, but once I got used to where things were, it was fine. Overall, it was a good experience and I’d use it again.

"Kind of a Mess"
The groups felt like a sloppy little mess, and getting help from support was painfully slow. I expected it to be more organized, but it just came off half-baked.

"The payment went through fine, no real…"
The payment went through fine, no real hassle there, and I got the confirmation quickly too, which was nice because I always kind of wait around wondering if it actually worked. The only thing was the page took a little while to load at one point, so I wasn’t totally sure what was happening for a second, but it sorted itself out. Overall, it was a easy experience.

"Useful for cohorts, but the workflow still feels rough"
We’ve been using disco.ac to manage a few cohorts, and overall it does what we need. Tracking groups and sending updates has been genuinely helpful. That said, some parts are clunky, especially when you’re first getting set up. I found myself clicking around way too much just to find basic features. I also wish they were clearer about what’s actually coming soon, because there are a lot of vague promises that make it hard to know what to expect. Support was fine when I reached out, but the whole experience still feels like it needs a smoother workflow.

"Pretty reliable overall"
It rarely goes down, which is all I really need most of the time. I’ve used it without having to think about outages much, and when something just works in the background, that’s a big plus for me

"I’ll be honest, I tend to make a…"
I’ll be honest, I tend to make a quick judgment when something takes a while to start, and this one just felt too slow right out of the gate. Once it finally got going it was okay, but the long wait at the beginning made the whole experience feel a bit frustrating.

"Signups finally started moving"
I was surprised how much easier enrollments got once I started using their tools, signups were dragging before and then things just kind of picked up fast and it felt like I wasn’t constantly chasing people or trying to fix little issues anymore

"I’ll give it credit: it does work..."
I’ll give it credit: it does work. But my snap judgment after using it on mobile was that it feels a bit clunky and not as smooth as I expected.

"Felt like the goalposts kept moving"
I tried using Disco Acoustics to put together a small course, it was frustrating pretty much from the start. The editor felt clunky, things didn’t save the way I expected, and setting up lessons took way longer than it should have. I also kept running into buttons or settings that weren’t clear, so I was constantly clicking around just to do basic stuff. What really bugged me was that it felt like the goalposts kept moving. Just when I thought I had figured out how something worked, the next step would be confusing or not behave the way I expected. Maybe it works better for other people, but for course creation it felt unfinished to me. I eventually gave up and moved my content somewhere else.

"Disco.ac is alright overall, but I’ve gotta say..."
Disco.ac is alright overall, but I’ve gotta say the admin controls were kind of frustrating for me. Some settings weren’t where I expected them to be, and managing permissions felt more awkward than it should’ve.
It does work, but if you’re trying to keep tight control over users and roles, it can get annoying quickly. It’s not terrible or anything, just not as smooth as I’d hoped.

"Helpful support, just a little wait"
I had an issue setting up my course page on disco, so I reached out to support. They were friendly and it genuinely felt like they actually read what I wrote instead of just sending some copy-paste reply. One of the responses took kinda longer than I was hoping, but they did fix the problem and even followed up after. Overall, good experience with their support. 4 stars from me.

"Good value once you get into it"
I’ve been using disco for a little while now, and as someone who definitely pays attention to what I’m spending, I think the pricing is reasonable. It’s not exactly a bargain-bin option, but when I looked at what it would cost to cobble together a bunch of separate tools, it started to feel worth it. It did take me a bit to really feel like I was getting the full value out of it, so I’d probably give it 4 stars. Overall, I’m happy with what’s included for the price.

"Not Sure What Was Going On"
I had a hard time trusting the stats because some of them just didn’t seem to line up, which was confusing. The reports also took a while to load, and when I exported them, a few things I needed were missing. I kept wondering if I was doing something wrong or if the tool just wasn’t pulling everything correctly.

"Automations kept breaking, and the rules don’t seem to help"
I really wanted this to work, but even the basic workflow automations I set up kept breaking or not firing the way they were supposed to. When I reached out to support, the responses were slow, which made the whole thing even more frustrating. What annoyed me most was how it felt like there were all these little policy loopholes around what they would or wouldn’t help with, so I kept getting stuck instead of actually getting a fix. For me, it just wasn’t worth the headache.

"Too much hassle to get set up"
We tried using disco for our team, but the integration options felt way too limited for what we needed. A lot of the tools we already use didn’t connect easily, and the only way forward seemed to be building extra workarounds ourselves. It had that whole “this is your problem now” feeling, which got frustrating quickly. We ended up giving up on it. Might work fine for some teams, but it wasn’t a good fit for us.
